“A colleauge and I stayed at this lovely house for a few days for a combined work and leisure trip to LA. The house was very clean, the neighborhood tidy, safe and really quiet. The house is within walking distance to the La Brea Tar Pits, the newly opened LACMA (definitely worth a visit), the Grove and 3rd Street. We didn't take a advantage of the backyard while we stayed there, but it is a lovely enclave where one could enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors. Nevertheless, every morning, we opened the kitchen windows to let the early raising sun rays flood the breakfast table. I would definitly recommend this house and would stay there again. “Loved the stay and condo was exactly as photographed and advertised. The location is fantastic, lots of easy access to tourist centric things (walkable to Ferris wheel, cute playground, and Seattle Aquarium, etc.). I did feel the actual condo space outside (the entirety of the apartment complex) felt cold and strict and was quiet with worn carpet hallways and tended to have a smell. You only walk through this area to get in and out but should be aware that the apartment complex is highly private and quiet and not as nice as the actual apartment. I would still recommend for the great location!”
